During his tenure, Chaplain Todd developed the Coast Guard Auxiliary Clergy Support Program, linking volunteer civilian religious providers with Navy chaplains in support of Coast Guard members and their families. In June , Chaplain Todd reported as the 20th Chaplain of the Marine Corps and Deputy Chief of Navy Chaplains. Since it’s very beginning, Soldiers Bible Ministry has been providing complete Bibles to Chaplains and Christian leaders ministering to military personnel.
